I have never grown Allium schubertii before, the first one is just opening now. All the other Alliums are also just beginning to show some colour, I’m sure next week I’ll post some photos of them all. It rained during the night but is sunny and warm today.
I’ve never grown this, but it looks very sculptural, it will be nice to see what it does as it develops.
I’ll add more photos as it grows.
I also like A. christophii which looks like a firework with long stalks bearing delicate star shaped pink flowers. A. richardii are a new variety but very high maintenance and need lots of care. k
Kenneth, you really don’t have to leave comments as if they are from Linda. Allium christophii is also coming into bloom, I’ll post pjotos when it is properly out.
