Not quite wordless as there is a need for some explanation. From now on my wordless Wednesday post will be a record of what’s flowering in the garden that day. Just click on the image below to see a slide show, you may want a cup of coffee or a glass of wine to enjoy with the blooms!
Wow, this is brilliant, is this easy to do? I went for a glass of wine as its been a very long day!
Glad you enjoyed it Julie, yes, its not difficult. Uploading to Flickr and making an album is easy, its not difficult to link the slideshow to an image or to a word, the help is also good.
Like your idea – especially with a glass of wine! I’m interested in your gallery. It’s something I plan to investigate. Is the iris “Jane Phillips”?
Yes, it is Jane Phillips, well spotted! Christina
Can’t get over how far ahead your garden is this year. This iris has such a great color and looks interesting against the poppies.
The cover image is Iris Jane Philips, I hope you enjoyed the rest of the images too.
Fabulous! With my morning coffee I could take a look at the slideshow a couple of times – so much nicer than scrolling. Your views with the Californian poppies and iris are so pretty. Love the pinky-orangey-creamy tulip near the blue irises too.
Good to get your feedback on the slideshow, I know some people aren’t so keen but it makes sense to me.
That cup of tea will have to be at my computer, the slideshow doesn’t work on tablets, same trouble I’m having. A good idea though. I am still intending to copy you 😉
That is a poblem with tablets isn’t it. I hope you do manage to do an inventory like this, I think it will work.
Christina I love that first photo of ‘Jane Phillips?’ with the contrasting California poppies behind, Frances
Not an intended combination but it works, and yes it is Jane Philips
