Well those have made me very happy
That’s good, they always make me smile
This takes my breath away….I want mine to grow like that but I’d need a bit more room.
Umbria is famous for its fields of sunflowers, I love them.
That’s breath-taking, seeing so many of their faces all looking the same way. I especially like the top one.
They are always wonderful and it is magical they way they follow the sun until they are pollinated.
It’s like a Van Gogh painting! So cheery!
Wow – gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! 😀
Incredible sight! 🙂
WOW! amazing and beautiful, Frances
Oh, wonderful! Be still my heart!
What a lovely sight Christina. Must be delightful in person.
Most atmospheric photos Christina especially the first.
Absolutely wonderful seeing them en masse like this , so much better than an odd one in a garden!
Thank you so much for sharing these pictures, Christina – what an amazing sight!
Too good to keep to myself!
Absolutely beautiful, especially with the layers of mist, and the pale blue flowers alongside them – is that flax or buckwheat?
The blue flowers are chicory. A vegetable often served here.
Ahh, that would make sense. They look lovely with the sunflowers…
Those photos are amazing! The cheery flowers, blue haze and just the number of blooms is almost overwhelming. I love it!
It is hard to capture a perfect field of sunflowers. Definitely one of the best things in Umbria.
I just liked the post a few minutes ago, I came across it in my reader and even on seeing it a second time it’s still such a beautiful sight!
